Alexandre Roche captured our attention for the format of the pictures he shares. He may not be a huge IG phenomenon but here are the reasons why we think you should follow him before he becomes a celebrity.
What we found out from his IG handle @alexandreroche was even more interesting. He is a former product designer and blog contributor for Facebook where we think his techie predisposition met with the social media geek in him. The surprise lays on the fact that his style is not exactly a Zucherman’s copycat of t-shirts, jeans and sneakers. He is indeed stylish, sophisticated, a mix of dapper and swagger, part of it we want to assume has to be because he’s French?
His profile shares that he’s the co-founder of a new iPhone app called WearToday. It takes two steps to access and download: you just need to request an invitation from the website and the rest is easy breezy.
Hence the format of Alexandre’s snaps. For all our bloggers around the globe this is geniality 101: Fashion blogging, sharing and social media engagement all in one capture. It allows you to still show your full outfit (without giving up on your favorite pose), give credits to the brands, labels, designers that you are wearing and also include the closest stores where to access them.
What’s better than keeping fashion and technology together with style?
Alexandre has a good ratio between followers and “likes”, he has a soft way of engaging with comments. He’s that guy that connects with his fans, has a passion for fashion and has a swell app that we can all add to our favorites. All those panoramas of sunrises in Europe and buildings in the US are extra that are welcome and appreciated.
