We all have frustrations with our cellular providers. Slow networks, bad customer services, hidden costs, you name it I have experienced it! When I switched to my current cellular provider I thought this was going to be a no hassle service and boy was I wrong.
I have always been the kind of person who likes to pay their phone bill on time. With the Internet being the paperless and fastest route I jumped at the opportunity to have an online account. This choice has, so far, been the biggest headache of my life. Do you think the site is ever working when it comes time to pay my balance? The answer would be no! The providers site is always down and when I phone to complain I am, of course, directed to an automated service. Large cellular and entertainment companies do not seem to grasp the concept of customer service. Isn’t there someone I can voice my frustrations to that will answer me back?

What might be the worst thing about my current provider is their “best known service.” The reason I switched is because I wanted a guaranteed service that worked. However, I suppose a lot of people thought the same thing because my 3G network is slow and nothing drives me crazier than zero reception! This would not bother me if it happen once in a while, but it seems to be a weekly occurance. Should high traffic areas such as shopping malls mean bad cell phone reception?
This video spoke to me because it explains exactly how I feel about my current provider. The humorous song pokes fun at a problem that a lot of us experience on a daily basis with our phone companies. If I didn’t love my phone so much I might send it flying, just as implied in the video. U.S. Cellular understand exactly how I feel and it is refreshing to find someone that reaches out to customers. And yes, I would love to just call someone who cares!
