Miley Cyrus has finally spilled the beans on her beauty secrets, and what better way to share than with a slew of social media friends?  The recently engaged celebrity shared her beauty ritual yesterday via Twitter, revealing her top everyday makeup items: concealor, blush, mascara and lippy.
