As part of their What Makes Love True campaign, Tiffany & Co. has created a social sharing initiative where users are able to submit videos, images and stories of their true love experience. With a mix of romantic songs and movies thrown in, the campaign effortlessly embodies the Tiffany’s lifestyle.
Tiffany & Co. is promoting the campaign through their Facebook page, where users can link to a microsite hosting our favorite portion of the campaign, True Love in Pictures.
Users are encouraged to upload their own images of true love, which will then be transformed into a personalized postcard for users to send to their special someone. Once users have uploaded their True Love images to the microsite, they’re able to edit them with filters and post the photos for others to like and comment on.
The postcard gallery is almost like a mix of Pinterest, Tumblr and Instagram, which completely explains why it’s so addicting to look through. Overall, the campaign is a perfect fit for the luxury jewelry retailer as it promotes the lifestyle of Tiffany’s customers and not just the products themselves. The postcards are especially neat, as users are more likely to submit photos if they receive a keepsake in return.
We love the use of social media integrated throughout – tweet us your True Love photos @FASHIONOTES!
