Hugo Boss is debuting its Spring/Summer 2013 collection at Berlin Fashion Week and they’re sharing the experience via a social media campaign. By using Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and the labels blog and email, to implement the digital campaign, Hugo Boss is able to promote everything from the show’s soundtrack, models, and lower ticketed items.
Although the show is not streaming live, fans are able to keep up with the behind-the-scenes action through the label’s website and Twitter where ‘Miss Hugo Boss’, the brands official spokesperson, will be updating regularly with commentary and photographs. Miss Hugo Boss will also be conducting interviews with the shows models which can be found on the Hugo Boss blog as well!
The label has put a huge emphasis on the official musicians for the show Nina Kraviz & Kasper Bjørke. Fans are able to download a free copy of the shows exclusive soundtrack and the musicians themselves are actually posting their own blog entries about their experience at Berlin Fashion Week. You can check out those entries and their tracks right here! In addition to the blog posts, the campaign’s Instagram portion is also centered around the musicians, featuring images of their day-to-day life and behind-the-scenes experiences throughout the week!
In addition to everything on their actual website, Hugo Boss has set up a Pinterest campaign appropriately, titled ‘Repin & Win‘. The contest rules are simple and users are to repin an item they would like to win from the brands contest board which will be updated constantly throughout the campaign. The winner will be announced on July 20th so there’s still time to enter! This type of Pinterest contest is a first for the brand and we have to say we’re pretty excited about yet another label jumping on the Pinterest band wagon!
It seems that Hugo Boss is trying to do everything it can on every platform possible and we think they’re definitely headed in the right direction. Want to know more about the campaign? Be sure to check out their social media outlets and blog for more updates straight from Berlin!
