ModCloth Gets Personal

The vintage-inspired e-retailer has seen huge success in the past year, and they’re hoping to keep up the positive work with new additions to their customer service sector.

Currently, ModCloth is well known for its ability to integrate customer desires with designs. Customers have the option to vote, review and even submit sketches of future styles, making it a completely interactive e-commerce platform.

Que the ModStylists: a group of e-stylists ready to put their expertise to work, helping potential buyers get a personalized shopping experience. With the introduction of live chat on their Facebook page, customers are able to chat with a stylist about body types, sizing, styles, pricing and any other issues that might come up. By referencing past item searches and previous orders online, stylists are able to get a better feel for your sense of style, and ultimately, what works best for your wardrobe. Customers get real time, real life advice from real stylists!

ModCloth’s social media success has exploded across the internet, and their sales have risen with it. Right now they have over 16,000 Facebook fans, and are active on Chictopia, Pinterest and Flickr too!
