Mario Testino opened his first exhibition in China titled ”Private View.” The opening was hosted by Christopher Bailey, chief creative officer of Burberry and Angelica Cheung, editor-in-chief of Vogue China. The exhibition is open from June 7–27 at the Today Art Musuem in Beijing.
Testino has become one of the world’s most well known and celebrated fashion photographers. From portraits of royalty and award-winning Hollywood actors, to iconic cover images, his pictures have been featured world-wide across fashion magazines and in campaigns for leading fashion and beauty brands. He has contributed to the works and imagery of leading fashion power houses such as Burberry, Gucci, Versace, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Estee Launder and Michael Kors. With publishing over 10 fashion books during his career, the exhibition is deemed to bring together almost 100 of Testino’s most celebrated photographs.
