TNW Releases May’s Fashion Issue

The Next Web has taken a dive and dedicated their next issue towards a more Fashion-focused edition.

In the May issue of the magazine app which is designed for the iPad, The Next Web decides to take a walk into the fashion world and research how technology is shaping the fashion industry. The TNW team spent the last month traveling the globe, visiting New York, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Beijing searching for the best companies to cover in the May issue of TNW. It is a safe assumption that the magazine app is unlike its usual editions as this time it offers longer feature pieces, videos and reviews from the TNW blog as well as summaries of top news coverage.

For this months issue, the iPad app has partnered with AHAlife, a New York City e-commerce company that delivers unique products from categories like fashion, food and beauty and added in this issue, AHAlife founder and CEO, Shauna Mei picks her top 10 gifts available on AHAlife. It is because of AHAlife, that TNW is able to offer us this fashion dedicated issue for free.

The issue is full of fashion focused literature, featuring articles on custom clothing, the art of curation, geek trends and hot fashion startups from Europe, North America and Asia. In addition, there are two guest posts from the founders of Rent the Runway and Broke & Chic. Not only is there incredible information about the fashion industry in this issue, but the dynamic navigation of the iPad app is unlike our typical applications that allow us to flip through pages. We can assure you that this edition of TNW is one to read.
