The last time Kanye hit up London Fashion Week, he ended up collaborating with indie designer Louise Goldin. This season, Kanye has only gone to one show: Mark Fast. Think we can we expect another collection coming to the Parisian runways soon?
While lounging in the bar at the Corinthia Hotel a few weeks ago, a large group of beautiful people walked by en route to dinner. Invitees? Hilary Alexander, Mark Fast, and Kanye West, among others. London is a city buzzing with fashion types and celebritiesâespecially in our favorite watering holesâso we didnât think it was anything special.
Fast forward to this week: Who is sitting front row at the Mark Fast show? None other than Mr. West again! The latest in the rumour mill: the girls over at eBay is My Boyfriend and Fashionista are speculating that the two are collaborating on Kanyeâs next line.
It wouldnât be anything new. Kanye has been known to collaborate with emerging designers in the past, and given that Mark Fast is known as one of the best in modern knitwear, it would be a natural choice. If this is true, we sincerely hope that Kanyeâs next line is more successful than his previous one. I guess weâll have to wait and see!
