Kudos to Diet Coke for transforming something as simple as a soda can into a fashion statement.
Diet Coke has teamed up with Benefit Cosmetics for their “Love It Light” campaign in Europe, appealing to their female demographic’s interest in beauty and fashion. The new cans (in floral, houndstooth and zebra prints) were designed to reflect three female profiles: the ‘romantic’, the ‘fashionista’ and the ‘rock chick’.
The brand campaign also has a Facebook app called ‘Get Glam’ with fashion and beauty tips, a video chat tool, and makeup tutorials from Benefit. It’s a pretty innovative project, minus the kinda-creepy dolls in its TV spot. See the videos below!
