Residing from Canada, Mark Fast, knitwear designer, will be collaborating with Aldo to create a collection that is “about sexy, strong, fierce African fabulousness!”
Finding fashion success in London, Mark’s intricate, hand knit work is typically formed onto the body as he creates a piece. The designer will definitely bring a new feel to the footwear retailer, and we’re hoping to see lots of color and unique designs. Fast is well versed in collaborations, having worked with Christian Louboutin, TopShop, Swarovski, Danier, among others, so we’re pretty certain this shoe line will be quite on point for Aldo.
Though it has not been revealed as to how many pieces will be included in the collection, this sneak peek sketch tickle our toes. This fringe sandal is fun and perfect for summer days & nights. The illusion of a leather stiletto keeps the wedge current.
