Good for Amy Wescott!  As a professional costume designer, I feel her work on the film was vastly superior to the overrated contributions of Rodarte.  Using contemporary clothes, she said a lot about the characters and their development.  The “Ballet Costumes” were as dreadful as the rest of the movie- anyone who has ever designed for a ballet would know more about the way dance costumes need to move, be cut, etc.  These feathered excrescenses did nothing but distract (though with a script this bad, perhaps some distraction was called for).  The people behind this movie seem to be ethically challenged- trying to force their collaborators to keep quiet in order to garner publicity and awards for less-talented but higher profile participants.  I say, good for Sarah Lane and good for Amy Wescott.
